Text Recognition in Images and Converting Recognized Text to Speech – Image Processing

This review article provides an overview of recent advancements in image-based text recognition and converting recognized text to speech using image processing techniques. The article covers various techniques for text recognition in images, including Optical Character Recognition, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), and Recurrent Neural Networks. Additionally, the process of converting recognized text to speech is discussed, including several Text-to-Speech (TTS) techniques such as concatenative TTS, formant synthesis, and parametric synthesis.
