Aspects of Generation Z job choice in 2023 based on the results of primary research among Chinese and Hungarian youth

Generation Z's job choice preferences are influenced by a number of factors, including generation-specific characteristics, macro influences and trends. We believe that it is very important for an employer to be able to appeal to, reach and retain young potential employees in a meaningful way.This requires a complex employer branding strategy that takes into account both the preference system for job choice and the motivational tools, in addition to the organisational development aspect. In this study, we focus on Generation Z, and in particular on young people in China, in terms of how they choose jobs and how they are motivated to perform better.
