In the case of existing power generation enterprises participating in the electricity spot market with total power quantity, this innovative project conducts research and practice on multi-scenario energy collaborative control of the generation side, and explores new modes of opening and sharing, as well as flexible trading and profiting, for new energy stations. Through negative torque control of wind turbines and modularized energy storage of single unit, the safe operation and control of the units could be achieved, and the grid friendliness and power generation capacity of wind turbines under low wind speeds in mountainous areas could be improved; Through the cyclic utilization of UPS energy storage batteries, the on-grid electricity consumption could be increased while compositive power consumption rate could be reduced; And a new model of utilizing energy storage to generate profits has been explored through the new low-carbon wind farm of “wind+light+storage” and revenue from a frequency regulation auxiliary services.
