Research on the Causes and Prevention Countermeasures of Oil Leakage and Explosion Accidents from the Perspective of Big Data Analysis

Oil leakage and explosion accidents are of great harm and need to be prevented. Detailed accident investigation text data provide the basis for accident cause analysis and accident prevention. From the perspective of big data analysis, the accident cause model 24Model is used as the analysis framework to identify the accident causes at two levels of organization and individual, including four categories of safety culture, management system, individual ability and individual action, from the text big data, and then the accident evolution network is established. Furthermore, the social network analysis method is used for quantitative analysis to obtain the key accident causes and key evolution paths in the network. Taking typical accidents as examples, the results show that the key accidents are caused by the long-term corrosion environment of oil pipelines, the lack of safety training of employees, the lack of safety responsibility system, the lack of safety subject responsibility and the enterprise's emergency response ability culture; The key evolution path is that the lack of safety subject responsibility culture leads to the unsound safety responsibility system, and the lack of safety training of employees leads to the lack of ability, which leads to the corrosion and leakage of oil pipelines and the explosion. This study provides a method for scholars to extract key causes from the big data of accident investigation text, and provides a scientific tool for managers to quickly and efficiently identify and eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents.
