The Information System Strategic Planning for Corporate Business Using Business Process Management at CV Sadaf Computer

The business processes that occur at CV Sadaf Computer consists of services, transactions, buying, and selling. The problems that are usually faced by the company are the customers are not able to know the progress of the services process carried out, the transaction process is managed manually through notes and receipts, and so is the process of buying and selling goods. This research aims to provide solutions to the problems faced using the 7FE Framework in Business Process Management (BPM) to identifiy the current business processes that produce new business process proposals by providing an overview of the design modeling in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and an overview of the proposed user interface design. The Business Process Management Maturity (BPMM) model is used to measure the maturity level of business processes. The measurements’ results indicate the maturity level of the second stage, namely repeatable. To reach the next level of maturity, companies need to use technology in their business processes by implementing the result of the proposed 7FE Framework analysis. Thus, this research can be used as a reference for developing new business processes for Sadaf Computer or other companies with the same problem.
