Design and Analysis of Loading and Unloading Robot for CNC Machine

Loading and unloading robots for computer numerical control (CNC) machines are widely used in the industrial field, as their reliability level is directly related to production efficiency. In this paper, a new loading and unloading robot is designed for CNC machines to replace the traditional manual loading and unloading mode while saving human resources and improving production efficiency. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the loading and unloading robot is developed, and the static simulation of the related parts is analyzed by SolidWorks to ensure the safe and stable operation of the mechanism. Then kinematics simulation of the loading and unloading robot is examined using Adams, and the data results obtained by the simulation are analyzed. Thus, the rationality of the loading and unloading robot is verified.
