Adoption of Artificial Intelligence in Personalising E- Learning: A Helping Hand for K-12 Teachers

The paper emphasises on how artificial intelligence (AI) could benefit K-12 teachers by personalising e-learning. It will provide key insights into the effective implementation of AI in the education sector. The focused group discussion approach was employed to collect the data. A total of 36 K-12 teachers participated in 6 focused group conversations exploring the implementation of AI in e-learning in the context of personalized learning for the Alpha generation. Each group consisted of 6 K-12 teachers. The authors interviewed teachers in grades K-12 from high schools in Pune, India. The purposive sampling approach was used to choose the teachers for the sample. The authors offer a model outlining how AI might enhance personalised e-learning and boost the academic achievement of the alpha generation based on the insightful findings of this study. The author emphasises how AI might make e-learning programmes more effective by tailoring them to the needs of specific learners. AI can transform education by offering personalized learning experiences tailored to all student's unique requirements and interests. By reviewing the effectiveness of personalising e-learning content by utilising the capabilities of AI for the Alpha Generation, this study contributes to the body of knowledge.
