A Quantitative Study of Innovation-Driven Investment and its Performance Management on Corporate Fiscal Returns Using AI

Background/Objectives: This study has been raised to measure the importance of investment strategies with the help of innovative ideas. The use of innovative ideas is merged with performance management, which in turn helps to created more overall fiscal growth in the corporate sector. Material and methods: Survey analysis is significantly measured with the help of primary quantitative method. The survey has been done on the employees being in 75 in numbers with the help of SPSS. Significance of the study: The significance is the use of innovation skill development helps to create more operating system egradation, which needs more knowledge and awareness in it. Findings: This analysis has a strong impact on this type of study, which in this part shows a strong relationship between the two. Conclusion: There are the, the use of a Correlation test which determines the relation between the Indirect variable and Direct variable is the significant factor, which shows the strong relationship.
