Temperature Control System to Optimize Reagent Distribution Process Using the PID Method Equipped with a Security System

Cooling components such as thermoelectric and exhaust fans will turn on when the DS18B20 sensor reads a temperature value above 8°C and will keep the box within the reagent-safe temperature range. The method used in this study is PID, this method is intended to assist the tool in maintaining stable temperature values and reaching predetermined setpoints as input. A box access security system is also added so that not everyone can access the reagent distribution box, this helps users and companies in monitoring reagent receipts. Access the reagent distribution box using the barcode that has been given to the recipient or customer, the barcode is different for each user. Barcode reading is carried out using a code scanner GM67 which is integrated with a solenoid.
