This paper discusses on logical data recovery with R-Studio Data Recovery tool. The usage of R-Studio Data Recovery tool together with other R-Studio tools allows investigators to examine the challenging storage media efficiently. This paper will be divided into few sections which will discuss on the functionality, impact and requirement of the tool, challenges faced during the investigation process of hard drive or external storage media and critical discussion of analysis process.
