Dual Field of View Target Tracking and Positioning Technology for Sports Event Management

In the management of sporting events, accurate tracking and positioning of athletes, balls and other key elements is essential for real-time monitoring of the progress of the game, evaluating player performance, and formulating tactical strategies. However, the traditional single-vision target tracking technology has certain limitations in the face of factors such as occlusion, appearance changes, and motion blur. In this study, dual-field target tracking and positioning technology is used to track targets in sports event scenes using multiple viewing angles or sensors. Through comparative experiments and data analysis, we evaluated the performance differences of dual-field technology compared to traditional single-vision technology. The experimental results show that the tracking stability of the technology in this paper is between 84% and 95%, and the dual-field target tracking and positioning technology for sports event management has achieved remarkable results in improving the accuracy and stability of target tracking. The accuracy of the research technology in this paper is the highest at 96% and the lowest at 89%, respectively.
