Design of Virtual Design System for Product Packaging Based on Machine Vision

In response to the problem of low recognition accuracy of traditional sanitary ware product packaging systems for right angle valve products, inability to accurately obtain product position and posture, resulting in poor product packaging effectiveness, the author designs a virtual design system for sanitary ware product packaging based on machine vision. After obtaining sanitary ware images through industrial cameras and robots, the system elaborates on the hardware design structure and software design process, and analyzes the principles and processes of machine vision inspection systems. The inspection results show that the missing and passing inspection rates of the sanitary ware product packaging quality inspection system using machine vision are within 0.02% and 0.05%, respectively, which can achieve a high production process recognition rate and meet the packaging requirements of sanitary ware products, it is feasible and effective.
