Research on State Detection of Power Equipment Based on Acoustic Imaging Technology

The acoustic imaging detection technology realizes the visualization of abnormal sound source of power grid equipment by displaying the image of spatial distribution of sound source, which could greatly improve the detection rate of power distribution equipment partial discharge defects. This paper firstly introduces the principle of acoustic imaging detection technology and its application status from both China and overseas.The key technical indexes and performance of mainstream detecting instruments of domestic and foreign are compared and analyzed.Secondly, the application cases of acoustic imaging detection technology in Beijing distribution network are analyzed in detail and summarized,which are combined with a variety of state detection methods for verification.Finally, the existing technical problems are analyzed, and the future research and development direction are prospected. This paper has guidance and reference significance for the development of domestic acoustic imaging detection technology.
