Digitalization of the Production Line for the Oil Pressing Process

Due to the complexity of multi-mechanisms and multi-processes in oil pressing production, the level of production digitization has been on the low side, and the actual processing has been relying more on manual experience. In response to the above problems, this study designed an oil pressing production line control system with PLC as the core processor, frequency converters as the core motor drive, and touch screen as the human-machine interactive interface. The control system can realize the functions of setting and adjusting the process parameters, monitoring the operation status, and recording the energy consumption of the system. After put into production verification, the production line can work stably, the data can be exchanged stably and safely, reducing the operation complexity and manual intervention, improving the control precision of the twin-screw oil press, further improving the digitization level of the oil pressing production line.
