A Structurally Variable Electric Power System Resistant to Terrorist and Military Threats

Modern approaches to deterring terrorist and military attacks on the electric power system of the country, which is in a military confrontation with a powerful aggressor, are analyzed. The need to apply the approach of refusing to use the threat of retaliation to deter terrorist and military attacks on the electric power system is substantiated. The concept of development of a structurally variable electric power system is presented. The ability of the structurally variable electric power system to ensure the supply of electric energy in volumes not less than necessary to meet the vital needs of the population and to maintain the stability of the socio-economic state of the country in the conditions of terrorist and military threats is shown.
