Compliance Control of Parameters During Machining on CNC Equipment Using Industrial IoT and Digital Twin

The paper focuses on development of an integrated system for the compliance control of the actual and planned digital model of the processing using Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, as well as the analysis of the differences between these models. The most modern quality standards require strict compliance with the technological process in the manufacturing progress. Operation sequence control is not a challenge, but online monitoring and analyzing of the parameters of CNC processing is a difficult task. The article touches upon the following issues: structuring reference data, methods for obtaining online CNC parameters using Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology and structuring these data, methods for analyzing possible deviations and approaches to making control decisions within the capabilities of ERP systems.
