Modeling and Optimization Design of Food Frozen Processing Process Based on Genetic Algorithm

The use value of food is reflected in its edibility. With the growth of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of frozen food, and the freezing process is also developing in the direction of low temperature, high speed and improving the quality of frozen products. Food freezing is an essential link in food preservation and processing technology. In order to improve the quality, technology and economy of food freezing, computer simulation can be used to study the freezing time and cooling stage of food on the basis of experiments. In this article, an optimization model of processing control based on genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to model and analyze the food freezing process, so as to reduce the operation speed and improve the accuracy of the results, and then realize the optimization of the food freezing process. The improved GA can operate in parallel from multiple points and conduct efficient heuristic search in the solution space, which overcomes the disadvantages of starting from a single point and the blindness of search, thus making the optimization speed faster and avoiding falling into the local optimal solution prematurely.
