Integrated prevention mechanism based on high level Petri nets

Our work adresses the problem of network-controlled systems under communication constraints. For a good comprension of this type of systems we must see the communication canal like a portion of the system and not a just mean of communication. Each control loop containing a network is helpless in transmitting information without induced flaws, and to ensure the finest system conduct it is critical to adjust the control and diagnostic laws.The residual generation problem consists in constructing a device, called residual generator, making it possible to elaborate, from measured inputs and outputs, a vector of fault indicators called residual vector. it can be defined as a decision support system with a main objective which is the location of the faulty components of a process and to determine the causes. In this paper, we propose a modelisation and a diagnostic mechanism based on high level Petri nets. The target of this module is to urge the better behavior by detection and anticipation fault of sensor.
