Research on Precise Positioning Parameter Control Method of Drilling Rig Based on DNN Algorithm

In order to realize the unmanned operation of coal mine underground drilling equipment and improve the safety of construction personnel, a detection device of the autonomous mobile platform is designed and developed, which can realize the remote interaction or autonomous decision-making control of the drilling equipment, and complete high-precision autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. According to different operating conditions, the working principle and autonomous movement method of the detection device are analyzed, the accurate positioning parameters of the drilling equipment are obtained, the control principle and control strategy using DNN neural network algorithm are proposed, and the automatic control algorithm is developed based on the control requirements. Taking a roadway inspection of the drilling equipment as an example, through the analysis of the specific obstacle information parameters, the DNN neural network algorithm can automatically complete the autonomous movement and obstacle avoidance of the drilling equipment according to the parameters input by the operator. The parameter error can be controlled within the allowable range of the design, and the overall operation accuracy is improved by 17.8%. The test shows that the control method is safe and convenient, and improve the work efficiency.
