Research on the Application of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in Gearless Electric Traditional System

This paper designs a PMSM drive control system with DSP as the core. Then the overall structure, hardware structure and corresponding control principle of the system are described. An algorithm of PMSM speed controller based on spline function and fuzzy neural network is proposed. By modeling the dynamics of PMSM, a rotating speed outer loop analog controller combining IMC inner loop and CMAC network was constructed. It is designed to improve the speed regulation dynamics of PMSM in non-transmission traction systems. While meeting the requirements of high speed and comfort, it also has good robustness and stability to frequent changes in load. The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics, anti-interference ability and robustness of the control scheme are obviously improved. Combined with the working acceleration of the system, the trajectory of the system speed is tracked. By analyzing the learning and storage performance of CMAC neural network, it is proved that its stability performance is gradually improved.
