Research on Intelligent System of 3D Printing Based on Computer Big Data Technology

The comprehensive modeling method of 3D network structure is studied. The research content includes data combination type definition model, simple data type definition model, combined data type definition model, data combination constraint system, and solving the problems of interactive operation, information sharing and collaborative work between 3D printing equipment and 3D associated devices. The three-way motion control method is used to accurately locate the bottle number of the feeder, and the S-shaped straight line is used to accelerate and decelerate the motor to ensure the steady lifting and the accuracy of the position of the feed mechanism. The special controller DRV8825 of bipolar motor is used and the overall structure of the whole system is improved. The control of master and drive is optimized. Build a communication architecture matching 3 DCNS, and construct a complete communication mode and corresponding communication mechanism between the network and the device. In this way, self-description of the network and device is achieved. Through the analysis of the experimental results, it is proved that the developed software has good working stability. The overall function of the whole software is improved, which fully meets the needs of the design.
