Design of Laser Distance Measurement System Based on Photosensitive Transistor Array

In order to solve the problems of high cost, low accuracy and long detection time of the current obstacle detection system, a laser distance measurement system based on photosensitive triode array is designed. Firstly, photosensitive triode array was designed as the laser receiving module of the system, and then the acquisition and conversion of optical signals were designed using A/D converter and multiple analog switches, followed by the calculation of obstacle distance through the principle of pinhole imaging, and finally the obstacle distance was displayed on the OLED screen. The experimental results showed that the system had feasibility and effectiveness, its ranging accuracy was as high as 97% or more, and the laser data acquisition time was about 33.28 ms. The photosensitive triode array design is efficient for data acquisition, the detection time is shorter, and the system has a lower cost.
