Evaluation of User Acceptance of the Information System in E-Government: A Systematic Literature Review

Evaluation is a level of measure that gives an idea of how far a predetermined and planned target can be achieved. In the field of government, evaluation is one of the important aspects of assessment to determine the success of an information system. There have been 24 recent studies on the effectiveness of information systems from 2018 to 2023. To provide a more comprehensive and relevant picture of the effectiveness of information systems, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is conducted. Most of these studies focused on factors that influence the success rate and acceptance rate of users of government services. This research provides an idea of a theoretical base for additional study in this area. From the results of the SLR research carried out, there are several results, namely that the dominant research models used to evaluate information systems in government are the UTAUT model and the TAM model. For the highest results, use the UTAUT model. Then the three big factors affecting the level of user acceptance in information systems are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions.
