Dual Bridge DC-DC Converter using ZVS Fed by Current

Power electronics devices are commonly used for many applications. The utilization of DC-DC converters at fluctuating DC supplies is one of their most common applications. A DC-to-DC converter is typically utilized in a variety of applications, such as systems that rely on renewable energy sources. Among many DC-to-DC circuits are existed and boost, buck, chopper etc are few of them. This work implements a twin bridge DC-DC device to obtain changeable DC voltage at the load bus. The proposed topology can make the output less than or more than the input. However, Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) needs to be implemented to make system for continuous current supply. This work develops a novel approach to operate the dual bridge DC to DC converter using pulse width modulation (PWM). OPAL-RT devices establish hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), which presents a variety of outputs.
