Optimization of box cover plate parameters based on particle swarm optimization algorithm

With the development of various computer related technologies, research on artificial intelligence related algorithms is constantly emerging, such as particle swarm optimization. At the same time, in order to optimize relevant design parameters in mechanical design and manufacturing, and obtain the optimal parameter values for these design parameters, this paper proposes a box shaped cover plate parameter optimization solution based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. This method first constructs a mathematical model based on the principles in mechanical design, mainly determining the thickness and height of the plate as the two optimization parameters, as well as the expression of the objective function Determination of constraint conditions; Subsequently, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to achieve cyclic iteration of the algorithm, continuously optimizing parameters. After 100 individual particle iterations of 1000 times, the global optimal solution was finally obtained, thus achieving the optimization design of box cover plate parameters. This algorithm can be promoted for use in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation.
