Research on Design of the Single-chip for Real-Time Weighing and Sorting System of Aquatic Products

This paper discusses the design of real-time on-line weighing and sorting system for aquatic products based on single chip microcomputer. The on-line weighing device is a new technical device. It is not a single device, but a device combined with mechanization, information and automation. This design carefully analyzes the process of weighing and sorting system, and introduces the single-chip 89C51 as the core of the hardware circuit. Compared with the traditional weighing method, the weighing method in this paper has low cost, high production efficiency and does not need a large number of labor. Online weighing equipment is mainly made up of weighing sensor and data acquisition instrument, weighing sensor is the core component of online weighing equipment, need to have good transient and steady-state characteristics, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the whole system, the characteristics of online weighing device is in measuring the product weight on the production line can also be stored and real data. This paper uses MATLAB software to simulate and verify the weighing sorting scheme designed. Before the simulation experiment, first of all, the relevant data of aquatic product production was investigated on the Internet, and then the preconditions were assumed, and then the correctness of the preconditions was verified with MATLAB software. Finally, by analyzing the data, it is verified that the weighing sorting method proposed in this paper can improve the production efficiency of enterprises and is feasible.
