Solar Water Heater Control System

With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the quality of life, water heaters in household electrical devices have attracted a lot of people's attention. The functions of heating and adding water of traditional solar water heaters can no longer meet the current market demand. Therefore, a more intelligent solar water heater control system is needed, which can realize more functions such as automatic water addition, real-time monitoring and intelligent control, and so on. In order to meet this need, this study designed an intelligent water heater control system based on 51 single chip microcomputer on the basis of the existing solar water heater, using electric energy as compensation, and using single-chip microcomputer as the control core. The control system uses single chip microcomputer for main control, mainly composed of water level detection module, temperature detection module, liquid crystal display module, heating module, alarm module, water supply module and button module. It can measure the water level and water temperature in real time, display the data on the display screen, and monitor the working condition of the water heater in real time to prevent the temperature from being too high. At the same time, it has the functions of maintaining a preset temperature, automatic water supply, and automatic overheating prevention and alarm.
