Research on 3D Printing System Based on Computer 3Dmax Design and Modeling

A 3D printing system based on ATMega2560 chip is proposed. The system uses A4988 as the power to realize the control of stepping motor and extrusion device. The JAKAZu7 collaborative manipulator was chosen as its implementation architecture. The SIMATICS7-1200 acts as the controller of the epitaxial device. The interface of the robot arm is developed again, the G code processing module and communication module are designed, and the structured processing of all kinds of data is realized. A software system model based on multiple views is proposed. The test system can work stably after three-dimensional simulation printing test. The system provides users of 3D printing with an intuitive, safe and effective operating environment.
