Design of interface unit for microwave test equipment

Microwave technology is one of the important supporting technologies in the modern information society. With the explosive development of the communication industry and the large-scale production of products, coaxial and microwave switches are widely used in the interface unit of the special test equipment for signal routing between the instrument and the measured part (DUT). The main work and achievements of this paper are based on the impedance matching and level balance characteristics of the transmission system in microwave network theory, confirm the characteristics of the module to be tested and its parameters to be tested, select appropriate microwave devices, develop the interface unit based on single chip microcomputer applied to the special test equipment, make the physical object and realize the RF signal switching and routing under the established calibration working conditions. Complete the testing of professional testing equipment.
