Utilizing the Current Reuse approach for CMOS LNA with 45nm Technology Features Better Noise Figure and Linearity

For usage over a 100MHz band width, It includes a two-stage Common Source-Common Source low noise amplifier (LNA) with a 0.423 minimum noise figure. Simple active transistor feedback and cascode feedback circuits are created and used to the basic LNA in order to augment the moderate signal gain. A current reuse inductor is created and connected to the cascode amplifier in order to provide low power and low noise figure. A simple active transistor feedback and current reuse inductor small signal analysis has been presented. The experimental findings show that utilising a supply voltage of 900 mV, the input match and output gain at 60GHz are, respectively, -8 dB and 13 dB. The tank will tune Low Noise Amplifier for the specified frequency once the main amplifier is constructed using the current reuse method. Since the receiver design's prior demands for reduced noise and improved performance, the suggested LNA architecture is done by employing three stages in a cascade connection. The suggested Successive-stage Low Noise Amplifier design is produced in 45nm complementary MOS (CMOS) using Cadence Virtuoso software. The designed LNA was able to deliver the Noise figure of 0.524 to 1 dB, The Gain of 12.56 dB for the desired frequency, the input and output return loss is maintained less than 10db and at last the real matching impedance value is 50 Ohms and Imaginary value is 0 as standard.
