Design and Development of a Multichannel Broadband Receiver

Based on the application background of passive radar seeker, a design scheme of miniaturized ultra-wide-band (UWB) dual band receiver radio frequency (RF) front-end is proposed. In this paper, the frequency conversion scheme of the receiving channel is determined by software simulation, and the transition connection mode between the strip line and the micro strip line is studied. By incorporating vertical interconnect technology and micro-assembly techniques, a compact and highly integrated module design is achieved. The test results show that the indicators meet the requirements of noise coefficient≤ 8dB, dynamic range ≥ 90dB, and channel isolation degree ≥ 60dB.
