IEEE International Mediterranean Conference on Communications and Networking (IEEE MEDITCOM 2023)

The Third IEEE International Mediterranean Conference on Communications and Networking (IEEE MEDITCOM 2023) took place in September 2023 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. This article explains the main highlights of the four-day Technical Program of the conference that took place on the shore of the Mediter-ranean, addressing many of the outstanding challenges that exist in the areas of communications and networking.
