Exploring Sentiment and Topic Patterns in Metaverse Marketplace-Related Tweets

This research focuses on the Metaverse Marketplace in Twitter, an emerging e-commerce platform for virtual assets. By analyzing over 356,000 tweets, we explore user perspectives using sentiment analysis and topic modeling. The study revealed that the most discussed key themes were perceived benefits, enjoyment, security & privacy, and technology platforms' choices, all influencing user adoption. Users generally express optimism about the technology, with some concerns addressed in our study. The research's theoretical and practical implications are discussed in improving the user experience in the Metaverse Marketplace.
