Poverty Analysis using Algebraic Sum on Bipolar Fuzzy Matrices

Bipolar is an important topic in several domains. It formalizes a unified approach to polarity and fuzziness. Bipolar fuzzy matrix is used in many field such as psycology, multi-creteria decision making, artificial intelligence qualitative reasoning etc. In real life we have population explosion, lake of education with literacy. limited resources, weak institutions and corruption. In this article. We analyse about poverty due to the above issues using value matrix, score matrix and the operation algebraic sum in bipolar fuzzy matrices. We illustrate this idea with an example which helps to find the most affected area in poverty.
