Structural Design of a New Type of Magnetic and Hydraulic Hybrid Transmission Coupler

In this paper, based on the advantages of magnetic coupler with fast response and high transmission efficiency and the complementary characteristics of Fluid coupling with slow response and large slip power loss, an integrated design of magnetic coupler and Fluid coupling is carried out, and a magnetic and hydraulic composite structure coupler is proposed. By using magnetic and hydraulic dual flexible transmission, the transmission torque per unit volume is increased, the transmission efficiency is improved, heat generation is reduced, and temperature rise is reduced. Solve the problem of irreversible demagnetization when the copper rotor heats up when a single magnetic coupling operates at high speed.
