Research on Relative Velocity for Novel Permanent Magnet Movable Teeth Motor

In order to meet the need of compact structure for driving system with large transmission ratio and high drive efficiency, a novel permanent magnet movable teeth motor is proposed. Its structure and working principle are introduced, and output speed of the novel motor is analyzed. With conversion mechanism method, the relative velocity between moving disc and movable teeth is calculated. The result shows that the relative velocity in the novel integrated motor can be reduced greatly, which is beneficial for power efficiency.
