Design and Development of Automation Tool for NBA Evaluators

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) was established by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with the main objective to assess the qualitative competence of the programs offered by educational institutions in India from diploma level to post-graduate level. With the help of NBA automation tool the evaluation is automatically evaluated using the automation tool which makes the evaluation by the Mentor Institutes easier and also to avoid manual errors. In NBA Automation tool the Mentee Beneficiary Institutions can sign up and login into the portal and can upload the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and can view their mentor assigned to them. The admin in turn can view all the newly signed up users of various Mentee Beneficiary Institutes and allocate them mentors to assist them during the Mock NBA process. Admin can view all the uploaded SAR, evaluators list and evaluated criteria report in his portal. The Evaluators evaluate the SAR report and award marks in the portal and can finally download the summary report as PDF and send it to the respective Mentee Beneficiary Institutions.
