Analyses of the Dielectric Characteristics of Natural Ester Oils Based on WO3, CeO2, and ZrO2 Nanoparticles

The purpose of current study is to analyse AC Breakdown strength, Dielectric constant and Dielectric Dissipation factor by using different type of material like WO3 (conductive), CeO2 (semiconductive), and ZrO2 (insulative) nanoparticles in a natural ester (MIDEL eN 1204) oil. The test results demonstrate that the natural ester with nanoparticles has significantly higher AC breakdown voltages and dielectric constants, and dielectric dissipation factors are less than the natural ester without modification.
