A Study of Effective Strategies to Improve Classroom-Based Blended Learning Experience of University Students

Classroom-based blended learning is becoming a new form of higher education teaching in the post-pandemic era. Improving the classroom-based blended learning experience of university students has important theoretical significance and practical value for cultivating innovative talents who can adapt to the development of digital society. Guided by the Blended Learning Theory and the Humanistic Learning Theory, this study used literature research, theoretical deduction, and action research to clarify the connotation and elements of the university students’ classroom-based blended learning experience. Meanwhile, the effective strategies for improving the classroom-based blended learning experience of university students were initially constructed. Then, after two rounds of action research teaching practice and continuous iterative improvement, the researchers built the strategies application model to improve the classroom-based blended learning experience of university students. Finally, the evaluation scale of university students’ classroom-based blended learning experience was used to test the effect of the improvement strategies. The effect analysis showed that the improvement strategies effectively improved the classroom-based blended learning experience and the classroom-based blended learning performance of university students.
