Design of Intelligent Measurement and Control System for Crossing Frame

With the increasing demand for electricity, electricity transmission construction is expanding. The construction of the existing transmission line straddling frame requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and project in the construction will encounter the cross of transmission lines of different voltage levels, road, railway, river and other obstacles, the use of assembly and disassembly time is long. In this paper, a safe and efficient intelligent straddle frame is designed, which can realize no power failure and safe and efficient construction. The measurement and control unit of intelligent straddle frame is composed of sensor, controller and actuator. The sensor unit detects the parameters affecting the construction safety and construction period, such as the levelness of the base of the straddling frame, weather conditions and lifting height, and the controller controls the lifting and lifting action of the straddling frame. The actuator provides power for the lifting and crossing movements. Each module is networked in wireless mode, which is not restricted by the onsite environment.
