Intelligent Structural Calculation and Control Design of The Intelligent Crossing Frame

With the expansion and upgrading of modern industrial scale, the electricity consumption is also constantly increasing. This requires continuous expansion of the construction scale of power infrastructure. Among them, the construction of power lines is crucial, and during the process of power construction, there will inevitably be obstacles that need to be crossed, such as road bridges or live wires. When bypassing these obstacles to construct the power lines, the crossing frame plays an important role. This article presents an intelligent crossing frame structure designed to deal with special environmental conditions in power line construction. The intelligent crossing frame consists of three parts: the mechanical system is responsible for performing necessary crossing actions, the power system provides power for the mechanical system, and the measurement and control system ensures the safe monitoring and intelligent control of the crossing frame.
