Our poll also provided some recommendations for tour operators as well as the most promising areas for further research in this area. The effectiveness of the content on tourism websites has also been the subject of a large number of studies. Because of this, an intelligent smart tourism management system tries to reduce the gap by noting what a visitor thinks is important while connecting to tourism products on tourism websites.
