Research on S-Type Clip of Self-Locking Gun for Live Operation in Substation

Substation is the main skeleton of our power grid and occupies an important position. With the development of industrialization, there are more and more substation renovation projects, among which there are more electric-connected fire operations installed with power connecting equipment. In the actual operation of substation, it is found that the failure rate of power connection is high, resulting in large operation and maintenance costs. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the power equipment and lines of the substation, ensure the orderly and stable power supply, achieve quality service and safety and efficiency, from the perspective of the safety of live workers in the distribution network, combined with labor intensity and feasibility, the ground potential fast lap lead device is specially developed. After the application of the ground electric potential live fast lap lead device, the proportion of live work can be increased from 77% to 90%, and the average time for operators to carry out a site of various types of wire pinch lead work is reduced from the original 40 min to 30 min. The operation mode of the S-type self-locking gun clip for live operation and the non-power outage operation of the substation can achieve a stable bolt tightening torque, improve the efficiency and quality of the power connection operation, and bring huge economic benefits to the whole society.
