The Research and Optimization of the Executive Electric Motor of the Supervision Electric Drive within the General Concept of Energy Efficiency

The article discusses the features of designing and optimizing non-contact DC motors with fractional multi-section windings as part of an electric drive of a rotary-blade system with a gearbox. An important problem at the stage of formation of the structure of the executive electric motor of the automation system is the optimal choice of its parameters. The executive electric motor, as part of the servo adaptive system, must ensure guaranteed development of the control law, taking into account external factors of influence, which are characterized by a variable nature of the load, which requires an assessment of the operation of the machine according to the mechanical characteristics. At the same time, an important factor is that recently many manufacturers of electrical equipment have increasingly begun to turn their attention to multi-pole machines with a fractional number of slots per pole and phase, in particular those implemented by winding on a tooth, which have pronounced technological advantages. However, there remains the problem of developing approaches to the design of such machines in terms of the implementation of optimal geometric relationships. This problem is especially relevant for complex automation systems where atypical control methods are used, which requires a separate design of an electric machine for a specific task in the framework of unconditional provision of the principle of energy efficiency of the "motor-actuator" link, taking into account the adopted control system.
