Impedance correction of one-port coaxial loads using reference air line

An impedance measurement method for one-port coaxial load using multiple reference air lines as the impedance standard and offset open and short as the reflection standard is presented in this paper. Measured impedances for termination and sliding load are presented and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.
