A Step-up DC-DC Converter with Self-boost Charge-Pump-Type Switched capacitor

To meet the demand for high-gain DC/DC converters in application scenarios such as fuel cells and photovoltaic power generation systems, this paper proposes a new type of non-isolated DC/DC converter topology. By integrating charge pump type switching capacitors into the active switch inductor converter, the boosting capability is enhanced, the switch tube voltage stress is reduced, and zero input current ripple is achieved. To verify the accuracy of the proposed converter, we constructed a 200W, 50kHz switching frequency experimental prototype for testing.
