Fixed-Time Synchronization of Switched Competitive Neural Networks via Intermittent Control

In this paper, switched competitive neural networks (SCNNs) are studied. Different from the previous work, this study uses the intermittent control strategy for the first time to synchronize SCNNs in a fixed time. Secondly, using the theory of fixed-time (FXT) under intermittent control and some scaling techniques, some FXT synchronization criterion of SCNNs are established. Furthermore, the channel matrix is introduced to consider the case of communication constraints. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the theory are illustrated by numerical examples.
