Digital Dashboards to Track Performances of Order Management Division Using SCOR and Waterfall Model

Fast business environments and operations happen in the organization. Therefore, it is important to monitor and measure the organization’s performance to monitor and ensure the accomplishment of the goals that have been set. However, the presentation of data in raw form will certainly make it difficult for people, especially company leaders, to understand. A significant amount of data and information from the organization’s database are needed for this performance monitoring. Therefore, we need the media to present performance information. This medium must be understood easily and quickly by the recipient. Also, the information must be correctly perceived by the recipient. In this research, step-by-step implementation is used in the making of the dashboard based on SCOR and the Waterfall model. The result is the order management dashboard, based on the identification of the type and user need. The primary function of the dashboard is to serve the information and monitor the performance of all in some period range.
