The Dynamic Analysis of Wind Turbine Driving Train with Differential Speed Regulation

The gear meshing force equation is established with considering the relative deformation, the gear backlash, the time-varying meshing stiffness, the synthesis meshing error and the meshing damping. Based on gear meshing force equation, the pure torsional and time-varying nonlinear dynamic model of wind turbine with DSR(differential speed regulation) driving train is built and simulated in SIMULINK. The time-varying data in ten seconds are obtained including dynamic meshing force, relative displacement along meshing line and torsional velocity of each shaft by simulation. The frequency distribution of dynamic meshing force for each shaft is researched.
