Design and Fabrication of IoT Based Mechanized Loading and Unloading of Gunny bags in Godowns

The main objective of the proposed work is to automate the process using weaved bags. The creation of a tool that can automatically load and unload gunny sacks is the aim of this work. Microcontrollers and sensors are used throughout the process. The plan is to physically insert the bag, fill it with rice automatically, then sew the bags together. The use of a conveyor facilitates the transportation of the bags. At the end, the bags have the QR codes adhered to them. This makes it simple to trace the whereabouts of the rice bag. The logistics team's process is facilitated by this. Basic details like rice kind, weight, producer name, price, date of manufacturing, and expiration date are also included in the QR code. An advanced option for simple bag tracking is this QR code. Less effort and time from humans will be used in this operation. This also makes QR code tracking simple. The current system is expensive and intricate. There is a lot of labour involved in loading and unloading. The system places a lot of emphasis on big businesses. Small-scale industries are unable to use the current system. The current models bundle with plastic covers, which is harmful for the environment. While the weighing alone is done automatically, packing and sealing are done by hand. More human intervention results from this. The suggested solution is easy to use and economical. Implementing the mechanism is simple. The mechanism can be altered. The machine's design is based on an intuitive mechanism, and installation is simple. The addition of QR codes makes bag tracking simple.
